There is a greek proverb that roughly translates to "wise men start making dinner way before they get hungry". They also say "the early bird catches the worm". Whatever the proverb, I tend to follow roughly that same concept when it comes to fashion. I have been known to shop for winter coats in August and bikinis in November and I firmly believe that a bargain is a bargain, whatever the month on the calendar.
In that spirit, I got those cutie maryjane Hoyvoy stripy flats from a shop in Samos, during last year's end of summer sales in October for just 10 euros and have been keeping them in storage all these months, waiting till the time and weather were just right to unearth and enjoy them.
Well, the time has come!
