Paris fashion week resident (thank you Alecca for that info) Ioannis Guia was inspired by the Greek Orthodox Easter for his AW2010/11 collection. Many of the looks presented brought to mind Greek Orthodox clergy clothing, like cassocks, kamilavkions and epitrachils. The show's soundtrack was composed of remixed religious chants and the room smelled of incense. We overheard a lady whispering "that's a disgrace" but that was probably expected, if not provoked. Bottom line, what's a fashion show without a little provocation, right?

And don't forget to read what Life Full of Fashion, Alecca Rox, Renatsan and Chloe in the Sky posted about the Ioannis Guia show.
