"Dokan Shehata" premiere: Balmain and Hermes

Haifa wore this studded belt with studded heels for the premiere of her film, "Dokan Shehata" (Shehata's Shop) in Dubai. Both accessories came from Balmain's Spring 2009 collection.



Haifa also carried a Hermes Himalayan Birkin bag costing between $80,000 to $120,000 for the premiere.
