Haifa in London 2009: Miu Miu and Butler and Wilson

Haifa is photographed here leaving the Nobu Berkely restaurant in London.Her swarovski skull clutch is designed by the London company Butler and Wilson and her tan and black heels are designed by Miu Miu from their spring 2009 collection.
