Layered Legwear At Forever 21
Forever 21's window displays aren't what I'd describe as jaw dropping, but on occasion they do catch my eye and make me pause to appreciate them. For example, last night, after leaving one of their stores, I observed a unifying theme in their windows - layered and patterned legwear.
