Georgina Skalidi who participated in last month's The Fashion Room Service (where those pics were shot at) is one of the few Greek designers to be so friendly and easily accessible, having both an online and a physical store in 77 Skoufa st, Kolonaki. Plus, her creations are of the reasonably priced kind. Perfect X-mas gifts, I say.

Diesel showed their SS2012 collection titled Worksville in double room G23-24.


Actual models were lounging on the beds, so that at first glance it kinda gave the impression that you had accidentally walked into an actual room.

Oh well, at least they were dressed!

Hummel participated in The Fashion Room Service by OZON RAW, occupying room G22.


Now I just really need a certain pair of lemon yellow kicks featuring the original Gummy Bear.

Absolut checked in at room G26

As a person who had navy blue curtains in her bedroom throughout her teens, I loved the blue room hosted by Absolut Mode, sporting the new octagonal bottle adorned with dark blue satin ribbon created by Gareth Pugh.


Too bad it didn't occur to me at the time to have my pic taken posing as a smurf, like Simos.


As I happen to have a bottle of my own at home, explicit instructions for making a bloody great Bloody Mary are to follow.

Melina Pispa checked in at room G25

Melina's room was the first one I entered last Wednesday, at The Fashion Room Service by OZON RAW. She's a cutie and her clothes are of the romantic, whimsical kind that make my imagination travel in fairytale stories.

After the first successful Room Service three weeks ago at Semiramis Athens, OZON RAW's project travels up north.

The first Fashion Room Service in Thessaloniki is taking place today 15:00-22:00 at The Excelsior Hotel.

Just like last time, guests will have the opportunity to see, feel, try on and even buy from the participating designers newest collections straight from the 17 rooms that will be transformed into pop-up showrooms, and it will be followed by a cocktail party at The Excelsior’s lounge bar.

Conquistador

Three weeks have already passed since the last Fashion Room Service at Semiramis and it would be a total waste to let those pics of Evangelos Baos wearing one of Tassos Sofroniou's creations inside the Conquistador room to just sit around in my folders.

Great chance to unearth them now.

Those who live up north and missed it then, get a second chance. Conquistador will be participating again at this weekend's Fashion Room Service up north in Thessaloniki. More detailed post to follow on that.

Who called the room service?

This Saturday, February 19th Semiramis Hotel is hosting The Room Service, a fashion event where designers and brands will be setting up temporary showrooms of their SS2011 collections each inside a hotel room, thus creating independent spaces where the guests can see, feel, try on and even buy their creations.
